Levi Root was able to collect this nice shot of the partially eclipsed sun just after sunrise on Saturday, March 29. He took the photo with a cell phone on a hill west of Wellsboro. He reported the sky was mostly cloudy except in the direction of sunrise. Levi also viewed the total lunar eclipse earlier this month–making him one of the rare people who have witnessed a solar and lunar eclipse from the same approximate location in the same month.
